Se aplic\u0103 legisla\u021bia bulgar\u0103 care reglementeaz\u0103 rela\u021biile de munc\u0103, asigur\u0103rile sociale \u0219i de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i impozitele datorate. Un contract de munc\u0103 este semnat \u00eentre angajator \u0219i cet\u0103\u021beanul UE-Rom\u00e2nia, pe baza c\u0103ruia acesta prime\u0219te Num\u0103rul de serviciu pentru str\u0103in de la Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 de Venituri (ANAF). Num\u0103rul de identificare al unui str\u0103in la ANAF poate fi ridicat de angajatorul s\u0103u sau de la o alt\u0103 persoan\u0103 autorizat\u0103 \u00een mod explicit \u00een acest sens printr-o \u00eemputernicire notarial\u0103. Contractul de munc\u0103 se \u00eencheie \u00een form\u0103 scris\u0103 \u00eentre angajator \u0219i persoana respectiv\u0103 \u00eenainte de \u00eenceperea activit\u0103\u021bii. La \u00eencheierea contractului, angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 informeze persoana despre obliga\u021biile de munc\u0103 aferente locului de munc\u0103 sau de activitatea prestat\u0103. \u00cen termen de 3 zile de la data \u00eencheierii contractului, angajatorul este obligat s\u0103 trimit\u0103 o notificare direc\u021biei teritoriale relevante a ANAF pentru \u00eenregistrarea sa. Angajatorul nu are dreptul s\u0103 permit\u0103 persoanei respective s\u0103 lucreze \u00eenainte de a-i \u00eenm\u00e2na o copie a contractului de munc\u0103, semnat de ambele p\u0103r\u021bi \u0219i o copie a notific\u0103rii privind \u00eenregistrarea sa, certificate de DT al ANAF. Persoana este obligat\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 munca \u00een termen de o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de la primirea documentelor men\u021bionate. Suma contribu\u021biei de asigurare la Fondul de pensii pentru navigatori cre\u0219te. Celelalte contribu\u021bii se p\u0103streaz\u0103.<br \/>\nVenitul minim asigurat (VMA) este m\u0103rit la principalele activit\u0103\u021bi economice \u0219i de grupurile de calificare a ocupa\u021biilor cu 6,8%, \u00een medie. Salariul minim cre\u0219te de la 460 leva la 510 leva.<br \/>\nSuma minim\u0103 lunar\u0103 a venitului asigurat al persoanelor autoasigurate se modific\u0103 la 510 leva. Suma minim\u0103 lunar\u0103 diferen\u021biat\u0103 a venitului asigurat pentru persoanele autoasigurate se diminueaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de venitul lor impozabil. Valoarea maxim\u0103 lunar\u0103 a venitului din asigurare de 2600 leva se p\u0103streaz\u0103.<br \/>\nPentru zilele persoanelor care se afl\u0103 \u00een concediu f\u0103r\u0103 plat\u0103, asigurarea de s\u0103n\u0103tate se datoreaz\u0103 pe 255 leva.<br \/>\nPentru zilele persoanelor care nu lucreaz\u0103 temporar din cauza bolii, sarcinii \u0219i na\u0219terii \u0219i cre\u0219terea copilului, asigurarea de s\u0103n\u0103tate este datorat\u0103 de un angajator pe 510 leva.<br \/>\nSe anuleaz\u0103 posibilitatea de a ob\u021bine beneficii \u00een numerar pentru invaliditate temporar\u0103 dup\u0103 \u00eencetarea raportului de munc\u0103 &#8211; art. 42 alin. 2 din Codul Asigur\u0103rilor Sociale este abrogat cu efect de la 01.01.2018.<br \/>\nSe va majora cuantumul presta\u021biei \u00een numerar pentru cre\u0219terea copilului de la unu p\u00e2n\u0103 la doi ani, de la 340 leva la 380 leva. Coordonarea european\u0103 a sistemelor de securitate social\u0103 garanteaz\u0103 dreptul de a beneficia de toate drepturile de securitate social\u0103 din \u021bar\u0103 (concediu medical \u0219i maternitate, indemniza\u021bii de \u0219omaj \u0219i ajutor familial, ajutor \u00een accidente de munc\u0103 \u0219i boli profesionale, pensii de invaliditate \u0219i pensii pentru limit\u0103 de v\u00e2rst\u0103). Atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eencheie un contract de munc\u0103 sau ca persoan\u0103 care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 o activitate independent\u0103 \u0219i pl\u0103te\u0219te toate contribu\u021biile la asigur\u0103rile sociale prev\u0103zute de legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 va beneficia de toate serviciile de securitate social\u0103 din statul membru respectiv, aceast\u0103 vechime va fi ad\u0103ugat\u0103 la \u00eentreaga vechime \u00een munc\u0103, \u0219i anume, la vechimea \u00een munc\u0103 din Bulgaria. Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103, c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd se pensioneaz\u0103, el va primi pensia pe care o prime\u0219te din \u021b\u0103rile \u00een care a lucrat. Un alt principiu al schemei de coordonare este acela c\u0103 persoana respectiv\u0103 este supus\u0103 legisla\u021biei unei singure \u021b\u0103ri &#8211; va fi asigurat\u0103 \u00een \u021bar\u0103 \u00een care lucreaz\u0103.
